The call for applications for the Foundation’s Community Leadership in Justice Fellowship (CLJF) for the 2018/2019 or 2019/2020 academic terms is now open. The CLJF gives nonprofit leaders the opportunity to further their careers and their causes through a paid fellowship.
For close to 45 years, The Law Foundation of Ontario and Ontario’s law schools have been partners in helping to advance access to justice. The Foundation’s latest annual report focuses on this partnership and, in particular, the ways that the Foundation’s leadership and granting have supported law students to serve the public, bringing tangible legal help to people in our communities.
The Responsive grants program enables the Foundation to fund ideas generated by nonprofit community groups to improve access to justice. Each year the program includes one round of major grants (up to $100,000) and two rounds of small grants (up to $15,000).
