April 19th Thursday 6 pm
May 22nd Tuesday 6 pm
June 21st Thursday 6 pm
September 11th Tuesday 6 pm
October 25th Thursday 6 pm
November 22nd Thursday 6 pm

Note:

  • All applications to be at the office of the Committee 30 business
    days before the meeting date
  • Please submit six copies of application and ensure photocopying
    is double-sided
  • All hearings will start the earliest at 7:00 pm
  • Class counsel and Representative Plaintiffs are required to attend
    the initial hearing
